The Imperial City, the Garden, the Paris of the East - these are the nicknames for the three cities of Beijing, Suzhou and Shanghai. In these three cities, you see a capital under a blanket of authority, a relaxed and humane garden city, and a cosmopolitan megalopolis that is radically leading China's development.
